來自中國攝影家協會、廣東省攝影家協會、市藝術攝影學會的評委共同評出了以上獎項。獲獎作品緊密圍繞“魅力仲愷”的主題，展現了仲愷新時期下的風采，既在攝影上講究光與影的藝術追求，內容上也具豐富性與思想性。
